Looks can be deceiving…

Over the last few days, the site may have looked, well, the same. There’s a good reason for that. Now that the templates are well on their way, we are focusing on all that invisible stuff you have to do to get an idea off the ground. Dotting the “i”s and corssing the “t”s seems to take a long time.

As we have more stuff available, We make sure you can see it on the site. Might even take the time to tell you about it on here!

The site design is up!

Yesterday it was just a logo.  A simple little logo.  Today it is a whole site design.  Ready to roll!  Well almost, we still need to design the guts of the site, but the outside is looking mighty pretty!

The Logo Has Arrived

Well folks, there it is. After much deliberation and many hours of adjustments, kerning, tracking and colour adjusting, we have finally settled on our design masterpiece. Behold… the new EPixChallenge logo.

Okay, the intro may be a tad grandiose but we are quite happy with the results.

We think we finally chose the logo. Will be re-doing the site shortly to utilize it.

Hoping to get everything done so people can start submitting their spring photos.

We have been kicking around some logo ideas. Hope to have a decision shortly. Once that is done the placeholder will look a lot nicer. Still a lot to do. It is exciting and daunting at the same time.

We’re here!

Things are finally rolling and hopefully it will be a quick ride from here to launch. We have the domain registered and the website up. There’s not much there but at least it is something! This blog will be a lot of help in keeping our users up to date on what is happening and how close we are to launching. It will also be a good chance for us to hear from you and get your ideas and thoughts on each step.
